Safety:

Items sold in the "New Old Jokes" section have their relevant age requirements and safety information in their descriptions and on the packaging. Please follow any guidance given. Due to the EU GPSR regulations items in the "New Old Jokes" section cannot be sent to the EU or Northern Ireland and orders from these regions which include new jokes will be cancelled and refunded.

Vintage, used and antique items found in the "Old Old Jokes" section are sold as display collectables strictly for adults only. They are not toys and should not be handled by children as they will not meet current safety regulations. Itching and sneezing powders and all other chemical items in these sections are not to be used on humans or animals under any circumstances and are sold as collectable display items only.
​
New and old itching and sneezing powers, stink bombs and any items which involve indoor fireworks are available within the UK only.

FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class postage on all orders over £30.
All other postage is calculated by weight at checkout starting from just £3.35.

Worldwide:
Postage options for your region are calculated at checkout.

We do not collect import taxes at checkout, all parcels are posted DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Depending on your local laws, tax and customs charges may be added at your border, these are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check if these apply with your local authority if this concerns you.

New and old itching and sneezing powers, stink bombs and any items which involve indoor fireworks are available within the UK only.
​

Occasionally, on unusually heavy or large orders, postage costs vary from the automatic quote given. On these very rare occasions, a manual quote will be given and the purchaser can choose to proceed with the purchase or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Delivery Times:
​
All orders made before midday on a weekday (excluding bank holidays) will be posted on that day. Orders made after midday will often be posted that day but may be posted the next working day.
​
Occasionally we will suspend same-day dispatch for a short period, when this happens it will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you order with the current next dispatch day displayed. ​

Royal Mail 1st Class and Tracked 24 have delivery aims of 1 working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and Tracked Signed for 24 have delivery aims of 1 working day.

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, Tracked 48 and Tracked Signed for 48 have delivery aims of 2 working days.

Worldwide:

Royal Mail International Untracked Standard (no signature) has a delivery aim of 3-5 working days within the EU and 6-7 working days worldwide.

Royal Mail International Tracked (no signature) has a delivery aim of 3-5 working days within the EU and 5-7 working days worldwide.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed has a delivery aim of 3-5 working days within the EU and 5-7 working days worldwide.

Royal Mail International Economy has a delivery aim of 6 weeks for North America, 8 weeks for South America, Africa and Asia, and 12 weeks for Australia. Though these aims are long, delivery times are usually much shorter. This service is not available in the EU.

OldJokes.co.uk is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers, but we will always assist on the rare occasions these occur.

Returns:
​
If a new item is faulty, arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please inform us as soon as possible via the contact page. We will arrange a replacement or refund (your choice when stocks allow) and cover any costs in returning the items if necessary.
​
Vintage items can be returned for refund or replacement if they arrive damaged but, when they are not sold as working, they cannot be returned as faulty.
​
We do not accept returns for any goods which do not meet the above criteria.
