Original Ellisdons certificate from around the late 1950s. These were to be awarded to a friend as a joke, in this case, it's for someone who's a liar! The certificate is printed with humorous text related to the theme. There's a choice of two, one is faded. Lovely original packaging, they are open, though only because the tape seal has failed.
